Thank you for supporting the UNI Dance Team! Please fill out the form below if you are in the Des Moines metro area. We will be in touch after the completion of this form to schedule a time to meet. We paint logos in order of signup, so don’t worry if it takes a couple of weeks for us to contact you! Each logo costs $65.
We will follow up via email to confirm your submission and timing. We are willing to travel to:

- Clive
- Des Moines
- Johnston
- Pleasant Hill
- Urbandale
- Waukee
- Windsor Heights
- West Des Moines
We’ll be in the Des Moines area on July 8 through 10.
- Friday, 7/8 from 4 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, 7/9 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Sunday, 7/10 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
**We prefer that someone is present while we paint so that we can ensure correct placement of the logo.**
