We will be in touch after the completion of this form to schedule a time to meet. We paint logos in order of signup, so don’t worry if it takes a couple of weeks for us to contact you!
The cost is $55. If you do not wish to pay online, you may pay the day of with cash or check (made out to UNI Dance Team).
**We prefer that someone is present while we paint so that we can ensure correct placement of the logo.**
